Our Fees

1. Asylum Cases,

These are subject to Legal aid eligibility. If you are not legible for legal aid, then our fees are £600 per applicant plus vat if applicable.

 

2. Deportation cases,

These are subject to Legal aid eligibility. If you are not legible for legal aid, then our fixed fees are £1500 per application plus 20 % vat if applicable.

 

3. Detention work

This is subject to Legal aid eligibility. If you are not legible for legal aid, then our fixed fees are £1500 per application plus 20% vat if applicable.

 

4. Student visa applications, and extensions

Our fixed £1500 per application plus 20% vat if applicable.

 

5. Fee exemption application, subject to legal aid eligibility. If you are not legible for legal aid, then our fees are £600 per applicant plus vat if applicable.

 

6.  Family Reunion Application from overseas £1500. 

 

7.  Spouse Visa £900 per application.

 

8. Application for Permission to marry, £900 per application plus 20% vat if applicable.

 

9.  Application under the Family Rules of Appendix FM £1500 plus 20% VAT, if applicable, per application.

 

10. Applications for Entry Clearance, Leave to Remain and Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK under Appendix FM and Part 8 of the Immigration Rules: The fixed Fee – £1,500.00 per application plus 20 % vat if applicable

 

11.  Applications for Leave to Remain and Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK on the grounds of Long Residence and Private Life under Part 7 of the Immigration Rules:

 Fixed Fee – £1,500.00 per application plus 20 % vat if applicable

What services are included

 

The fixed fee covers the following:

 

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria;
  • if you do not fulfil certain criteria, advising on whether this can be overcome and how;
  • considering the supporting evidence you have provided;
  • advising you of further evidence required, and where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf;
  • for leave to remain applications, receiving and replying to correspondence from the Home Office regarding your application on your behalf
  • giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.


The costs quoted here do not include:

  • Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
  • Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal or an application for judicial review.

 

How long will my application take?

 

  • We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Where the Home Office have a published service standard for the type of application you are submitting, we will inform you of this.

 

  • We will normally be able to submit these types of applications within 2 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

 

29.  Appeal to the Immigration Tribunal £250 per hour plus 20 % vat if applicable. The average time to prepare an appeal and file the same together with preparing statements will be about 20 hours.

 

30.  Permission for Judicial review in country application are £2500.00 plus 20% vat, if applicable. Please note that you may be eligible for legal aid and therefore please discuss your personal circumstances with the firm.

  • giving you advice about the requirements of the judicial review and your likely success rate;
  • considering the supporting evidence, you have provided;
  • advising you of further evidence required, and where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses.
  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf.
  • filing the application for permission for appeal to the Upper Tribunal,
  • giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

 

The costs quoted here do not include:

  • Any court fees for making the application. The fee currently is £154
  • Counsel fees for drafting advice and or grounds for permission to appeal, this cost varies on the complexity of the case. Counsel normally charge between £250 to £750 for drafting grounds.
  • Letter before action this will cost between £300 to £500 to draft depending on the complexity of the case.

 

How long will my application take?

 

  • You must apply for judicial review within 3 months of the date of your decision. The court will then deal with application within 6 months, We cannot guarantee how long this process will take. However, if there is substantial delay we will be able to advise you.
  • We will normally be able to submit these types of applications within 2 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

 

Oral application for Judicial review in country application are £1500 plus 20% vat, if applicable

The fixed fee covers the following:

 

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most the merits of your judicial review claim for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • giving you advice about the requirements of the judicial review and your likely success rate;
  • considering the supporting evidence, you have provided;
  • advising you of further evidence required, and where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses.
  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf.
  • filing the application for permission for appeal to the Upper Tribunal,
  • giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

 

The costs quoted here do not include:

  • Any court fees for making the application. The fee currently is £354
  • Counsel fees for drafting advice and or grounds for permission to appeal, this cost varies on the complexity of the case. Counsel normally charge between £250 to £750 for drafting grounds.
  • Counsel cost for attendance at the oral hearing, this cost varies on the complexity of the case. Counsel normally charge between £750 to £900 for attendance.

 

How long will my application take?

 

  • You must apply for renewal of the permission for judicial review within 9 days of the date of your decision. The court will then list application within 3 months, We cannot guarantee how long this process will take. However, if there is substantial delay we will be able to advise you.
  • We will normally be able to submit these types of applications within 5 days of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

 

Our prices do not include disbursements which are payable to the home office for your application, to the HMCTS for your appeal or to the barristers. These can be discussed further at your appointment. Please note that we provide written confirmation of the fees payable and disbursements to you.


Most immigration applications have a related disbursements in the form of home office application fees, immigration health surcharge and home office biometric enrolment fees. The costs of these disbursements vary case by case and depend on the type of application being submitted. Full details of how much a disbursement will cost you can be found

In certain circumstances, depending on your income, you may be eligible for a fee remission. If you think you may qualify, we can discuss this further with you.

 

In immigration cases, not all cases are subject to VAT. If you are subject to VAT, you will be notified in advance.
